Keyword analysis takes into account the overall subject matter of the website or page and the frequency with which people search for these keywords using search engines. Keyword prominence
The placement and visibility of a keyword on a webpage. If a keyword appears high on a page, it is said to be more prominent and thus may be given more value by search engine indexers. Keyword prominence may also refer to the placement of keywords in headings, titles, and other special locations.

Keyword relevance
Keyword relevance refers to how important or relevant a keyword is to a site's general subject matter. For example, a website about guitars may be full of relevant keywords such as “electric guitar,” “strings,” and “acoustic guitar.”

Keyword-rich
A term used to describe a block of text or a webpage that is full of keywords or having a high keyword density.

Keyword research
The process of finding all similar and related keywords for a given keyword or keyword phrase. Keyword research is done using online keyword research tools that can provide possibly related words, or suggest common misspellings. Such tools also indicate the keyword popularity of all related and similar keywords.

Keyword spamdexing / keyword spamming / keyword stuffing
These three terms can be used interchangeably to refer to the practice of loading a webpage with too many keywords to the point that the content becomes plain gibberish with absolutely no meaning. Keywords may also be stuffed in meta tags that are invisible to users. In the context of search engine optimization, this is an unethical practice and search engines may penalize sites for keyword stuffing.
