OJT Program
Content Developer
We are on the lookout for excellent English speaking and writing individuals. Must be fluent, intelligent and a quick learner whose primary task is to write content. Research and web development coordination also involved. English/Journalism major is considered a plus.
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's or College Degree
- At least 1 year professional writing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Responsible, dynamic, and well-organized
- Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Good PR skills
- Must be very familiar with PC, Internet Explorer and Mozilla

Project Manager
- At least two years professional experience in managing a team
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficiency in feasibility studies and action plans
- Quick learner, well organized and deadline driven
- With IT background, specifically knowledge of any particular project management software
Web Designer
Primary task involves conceptualizing, designing and maintaining websites for internal and external clients.
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year professional experience in website design
- Must be practiced in making use of the following:
- Adobe Photoshop 7 or higher
- Adobe Illustrator 9 or higher
- Macromedia DreamWeaver 4 or above
- Macromedia Flash 5
- Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, CSS and DHTML
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills (English)
Programmer
Primary task involves web development, in-house custom programming
projects and other IT related assignments.
Requirements:
• Must possess at least a Bachelor's or College Degree
• At least 1 year experience in website design
• Exceptional C++ programming skills, PHP, HTML and
CSS
• Working knowledge in SQL
• Knowledgeable in web protocols like FTP, HTTP and
SMTP
• Know-how in managing remote web-servers
• Familiar with open source languages
• Good written & oral English communication skills
Link Specialist
Task involves manually reviewing and assessing hundreds of websites and determining whether they meet an established, acceptable criteria, and eligible for building links. Full time and part-time positional available.
Requirements:
• Must possess at least Bachelor's or College Degree
• Must be a quick learner and willing to be trained
• Computer literate; Knowledge of MS Applications, Internet Explorer and Mozilla
• Good English written communication skills
• Preferably familiar with HTML & open source languages
• Available PC and Internet connection at home is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
On-the-Job Trainee
The OJT Program is open to interested undergraduate students and fresh graduates as well. Tasks will be assigned according to field of study or course.
Requirements:
•Computer Literate; proficient in MS Applications, Internet Explorer and Mozilla
• Good English written communication skills
• Must be a quick learner and willing to be trained
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
